Syd is from a little town in upstate NY called Allegany. Growing up Syd loved music and singing, but was always too afraid and shy to show that off. Behind closed doors they would give a performance of a lifetime, but when it came to performing in front of others...now that was a different story. They wouldn't even sing in front of their own parents because of the stage fright they had. As they grew a little older their confidence grew, so they showed off their voice slowly but surely and with time Sydney's parents realized that they had the potential to be great. Syd was put into a theatre workshop in their town and thrived. They came out of their shell and showed their whole town what big of a voice they had in such a tiny body.

After that point Syd did a whole 360 and quit theatre to play soccer. You could say they were the Troy Bolton of their town. They took time to play sports, but always kept their love of music and singing with them. A few years pass and a little movie musical entitled Les Miserables hits the screens and in that moment Syd's love for theatre was reborn and a new found passion and drive to pursue theatre was created. Ever since that moment Syd has been determined to become better at their craft and share their love for theatre. They now attend SUNY Fredonia for Musical Theatre in hopes of receiving their BFA. They would not want to be doing anything else.
